*Required experience:*
*The consultants shall possess the following experiences:*
· Minimum of 3 years in a BOE/BI production support role with daily
hands on support of production activities including system enhancements,
break-fix, requirements gathering and end user support.
· Experience in leading a team of developers, managing their work
loads and coaching them on work.
· At least 3 Full -cycle implementations of BOE/BI experience.
· At least 3 years of experience in both SAP implementations and
sustaining support-using SAP best practices.
· Hands on experience working with BW transport management system
and understanding of transportation migration of process.

*Job Qualifications:*
*The consultant shall possess the following skills and abilities:*
· Maintaining Business Objects system components and services.
· Create with Business Objects repositories and universes
· Manage users with Business Objects Supervisor
· Migrate documents from a development to a production environment.
· Install Apache web and Tomcat application servers.
· Install, configure and administer Business Objects server.
· Upgrade Business Objects server.
· Cluster Business Objects servers.
· Install and configure Broadcast Agent (BCA).
· Tune the performance of your Business Objects System.
· Perform auditing and tract logging.
· Excellent written and verbal communicative skills.

*SAP BI Xcelsius Query Designer:*

*Title: SAP BI Xcelsius Query Designer*

*The consultants shall possess the following experiences:*
· Minimum 3 years experience the Business Objects Enterprise stack
and associate products, including BO semantic layers, "Query As a Web
Services"
· Minimum 3 years experience with dashboard design using Crystal
Xcelsius 4.5 or 2008 using different data sources (SQL, Query as a web
service, Native XML, Live office).
· Minimum 3 years developing reports using Crystal Reports.
· Minimum 6 months experience with following SAP modules: FI-CO,
FM, MM, HR(PA, TM, PY, CM, BN).
· Minimum 1 years experience with InfoObjects, InfoCubes, ODS
Objects and SAP BW(Data Warehousing) tools.

· Ability to give clear and concise feedback to learn lead and

specifically with respect to identifying key performance indicators.
· Participate in user functional and technical specification
development.
· Experience with the appropriate data access tools such as
Business Explorer, WAD, Visual Composer, SAP ERP querying tools.
· Analyze and communicate report development issues, including
problems with data integrity, data design and functional and technical
software issues.
· Have an understanding of the customer's business processes.
· Have an understanding of the associated output/display
requirements.
· Have the ability to work with diversified teams.
