The Sr. WebMethods Developer will be primarily involved in designing and
developing Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Enterprise Service Bus
(ESB) and B2B integration activities using WebMethods for our future
technology projects. The candidate will be responsible for development but
will assist in installation, including, configuring, supporting,
maintaining, and documenting the WebMethods development QA, and production
environments. Furthermore the developer will be responsible for
participation in high level application architecture, roadmaps,
functionality, performance, quality, strategic and tactical planning.



A qualified candidate should have the following:



   - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
   - 5+ Years of total IT experience with minimum of 3+ years experience in
   designing and developing distributed middle-tier applications/services using
   Java/J2EE technologies.
   - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in WebMethods Integration Platform
   6.x (Integration Sever, Broker and Trading Networks).
   - Proficient in WebMethods Integration Server, Broker, JDBC Adapter and
   EJB Adapter.
   - Working Knowledge of Mainframe Integration Server (MIS) is a plus.
   - Has thorough understanding of customer adapter development using ADK
   6.x.
   - Exposure to XML based technologies is a huge plus.
   - Experience with implementing J2EE and Webservices and conceptual
   knowledge of SOA is a huge plus.
   - Working knowledge of relational database systems including Oracle and
   SQL Server. Database knowledge should include mastery of SQL, exposure to
   database schema design, and understanding differences in application
   interaction with the database engine.
   - Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and exposure to
   migrating business rules from legacy platforms a huge plus.
   - Must be highly organized with excellent analytical, problem solving,
   presentation, and decision making skills.
   - Must also demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to
   interface with all levels of business and technical teams.
   - Must also demonstrate ability to readily adapt to new technologies and
   practices in the work environment.
