last for 12 to 18 Months



   Current critical need is to be a key contributor to* Oracle's R12 global*

*   implementation.*

   These positions will be responsible for* planning, and implementing,***

*   improving, monitoring and supporting business solutions for the Global*

*   Procure-to-Pay operations.*

   Decisions must take into consideration solutions which can be

   implemented that are easily supported, scalable and user friendly on a

   world wide basis.



These positions will report and take direction from the Business Process

Owner for the related track below:



*Track One:*  First Position includes the following functional process and

system understanding of the Procurement operations.  Key systems include:

*Oracle Purchasing, Iprocurement, iSupplier, Contracts, Sourcing, OBIEE,*

*Catalogues, Sabrix Tax Engine, and AME*

*Track Two:*  Second Position includes the following functional process and

system understanding of* Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets*.  Key system

include: * Accounts Payable, Receiving, Expense Reporting, Fixed Assets, 170

*Systems invoice imaging, 170 Systems Expense Receipt Imaging, GXS
GlobalBanking,  AMEX Expense Interface, Invoice Uploads, and

*Duties/Responsibilities:*

• Learn internal business operations in order to develop* strong judgment***

*skills *when selecting participating in* R12 implementation*.

• Takes ownership in enabling the implementation of systems with

*comprehensive consideration of user requirements, system integration,*

*project timelines, and global strategic direction*.

• Performs, develops and documents *systems analysis, validation testing,***

*and development of training documentation*, training of internal staff and

customers and implementation of new and enhanced *business system***

*functionality.*

• In partnership with the IT Application's team and Systems Integrator

participation in* functional design documentation, review of technical*

*design documents, implementation and project management, troubleshooting*,

development of *test scripts, participation in UAT testing*.

• Sets and manages project timelines and priorities and drives team and

self to meet established objectives.

•* Document and testing of organizations Sarbanes Oxley as required*.

• High level of interaction and coordination with the business to ensure

smooth and efficient operation of the business using diplomatic,

professional and service-oriented approach.

• Must be able to partner and work closely with *Shared Service Structure*,

*Accounts Payable, Procurement, IT, and related organizations to support*

*changes.*



Qualifications:

• A minimum of* 5 years experience in managing the operational process from*
*a functional perspective of the two tracks stated above.*

• Ability to apply best practice solutions.  Contributes to the development

of innovative ideas.

• Works under consultative direction and pursues course of action to

achieve desired results.  Must be able to work independently with minimal

direction

• Partners with and coordinates* cross-functional team, communication, and**
*

*execution*.  Must anticipate and respond to staff, customers and

cross-functional team.

• Solid appreciation for the importance of *internal controls*, as well as

*reporting requirements*.



Skill Requirements

• MBA in Business, Computer Science, Accounting or related field

(accounting background a plus)

• A minimum of* 5 years business analysis or related experience*.

• Strong *analytical and judgment skills*.

• Experience with* ERP systems (Oracle)*

• Highly proficient using standard business software including* Microsoft*

*Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint*.

• Must have* excellent written and verbal communication*
