They will need to be able to understand and troubleshoot web infrastructure and application issues. They will also use a variety of tools to analyze the environment for the purpose of potential areas of improvement and 24x7 availability. Previous web administration experience supporting a large websites a plus, but not required. This position requires excellent communication, teamwork, planning and coordination skills. Familiarity with the following ITIL Management areas a plus: Service Level Management, Availability Management, and Configuration Management.
