The focus of this position is architecting solutions using the Compensation Workbench module of the OracleHRMS eBusiness Suite. Future phases will include Core HR, Advanced Benefits, and Manager/Employee Self-Service. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all these modules. You must possess skills in Oracle Apps process design, hands-on Oracle Apps configuration, integration, testing and deployment. We provide high quality consulting services with a novel and focused approach that is delivered through our most valuable asset, our people. *Responsibilities:* · Hands-on configuration of the Oracle applications ** · Supervising process and functional design activities ** · Creating functional requirements (BR30) as an input to application solutioning and configuration** · Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes (BR100)** · Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities ** · Planning and executing data conversion activities ** · Driving test planning and execution ** *Experience and skills required:* · A proven functional professional with hands-on configuration experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, specifically Compensation Workbench.
