Location: Hopewell, NJ Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $40/corp Title: Business Partner Service Coordinator - Mid-level/Senior BMS Labeling Information System Business Process Support Analyst Specific Requirements The BMS Labeling Information System (BLIS) is an integrated global system designed for developing product labeling and managing revisions and translations to labeling. We are seeking a systems analyst to support the business user community in providing business process and system support. The potential candidate will be responsible for: - Receiving and troubleshooting Tier 2 helpdesk calls. Act as main point of contact for application-specific troubleshooting by referring users to appropriate business process protocols, standards, FAQs, or user manual instructions, and transferring technical issues (database-related, and software-related) to Technical Tier 3 support - Managing the system User Access Reviews on a triennial basis - extracting list of current users from Documentum and facilitating the review and update process via electronic tools (Access database, Documentum, and on-line access review tool). - Business process clarification/definition – working in business user forums to clarify the business process and documenting FAQ or informational memo for the common knowledge repository. - Inform training needs by assessing helpdesk inquiries and trends. Collaborate with training specialist to determine best mode to deliver training - e.g. updates to formal elearning modules, or via memos/communications. May be responsible for writing some user instructional text, for minor changes/updates. - Tracking user reported issues to completion - from receipt at helpdesk to communicating deployed changes or software fixes available to the user community. Skills required: - *Good working knowledge of Documentum WebTop applications preferred. ** *- Good working knowledge of XML concepts, stylesheets and XML editors, including XML Spy. Knowledge of Epic Editor a PLUS. - Knowledge of Structured Product Labeling (SPL) and/or Physician's Labeling Rule (PLR)/PIM (Product Information Management) a PLUS. - Ability to learn new technologies quickly, apply knowledge in a customer-friendly manner, and patience. - Good communications and written skills required. - Ability to work across a matrixed organization. -- Regards, Anand Bandarupally Ling Technologies, Inc.
