The client is wants to make a selection by Wednesday so we need to move ASAP. The description of work is as follows: - The customer is in the process of upgrading from Seibel 7.8.2 to 10 which should be done around mid-february. - The customer is dealing with Armed Forces, Intelligience and is looking to use Seibel Field Service, entering in T&M and Service Requests. Using Seibel, eventually OBIEE, for performance reporting. How many Service Requests are entered, their status, measure by region Sector, SR Costs. Provide a bunch of OBIEE (answers) and building an OBIEE dashboard. The Role - Work with the users to define requirements, define KPI (scorecarding), other measurements. Need someone who can do the analysis with the users. - The customer has heavily customized the Informatica ETL scripts (very common). Basic understanding of informatica required, not heavy techy role.
