2. *Windows upgrade/Refresh technical specialist* Must have experience doing windows upgrades in server in the environment with minimal down time. Must understand bare metal builds, images, networking, Active Directory and inplace upgrades. This candidate will be responsible for working with project manager to develop and execute a plan for the refresh Windows 2000 servers globally. *3. SAN technical specialist* Must have migrated/refreshed SAN, must be familiar with SAN Virtualization upgrade/refresh of SAN with no down time, understand SAN tools and be able to build a run book for managing the SAN environment after refresh is complete. Must understand VMware must understand Windows servers and have migrated both VMware and Microsoft Servers during a SAN migration/Refresh.
