*Minimum Requirements:*
*Skills/Experience*
- Experience with MS Access v.11x
- Development experience with Visual Basic
- Development experience with web-based software solutions
- Experience as a developer on large software development projects for
web or client/server based systems
- Experience in providing Documentation Creation – Provide development
team with requirements documentation in formats which most efficiently
incorporate into IT project documentation standards. Requirement deliverable
may include.
1. "To Be" business process model
2. Reporting requirements
3. Functional requirements
4. Data definitions and mapping to functional requirements
5. User interface preferences – application storyboard creation
- Experience developing user acceptance plan, test scenarios, test
process and schedule, and pre-test training. Experience designing and
coordinating defect reporting during user acceptance testing. Experience
coordinating validation after re-development efforts after defects are
submitted.
*Preferred Requirements:*
- Experience with coding MS-Access database applications and forms.
- Experience designing and developing user-defined MS Access reports
- Experience with implementing IT development projects using web-based
solutions
- Experience with relational data modeling
- Experience with iterative development methodologies and use of
prototyping/proof-of-concept techniques to ensure system meets business
needs.
- Functional experience with requirements gathering activities on
projects of various size and complexity.
- Experience with Visio or an equivalent process modeling tool
