Title: SAP SCM Lead

Location: Rosemont IL or Somerset NJ

Duration: 1-2 years

 Job Roles / Responsibilities:

SCM implementation team lead for merging multiple regional R/3 instances
into a single global kernel following a global template. Lead a group of MM,
PP, SD Configurator analysts in defining and implementing R/3, WM and APO
system requirements and specifications based on new and existing business
processes.

Must Have Skills:

· Solid background and understanding of MM, PP, SD, and WM modules of SAP
with the ability to configure when necessary.

· Good understanding of QM and PM modules as well as the following APO
modules; DP, SNP, SNC

· Led teams through multiple full life cycle implementations of R/3
implementations.

· Act as primary interface between Competency Center and Supply Chain
functions.

· Provide strategic direction and support to all process and systems
improvement efforts the Supply Chain function.

· Act as liaison during integration of strategies and changes necessitated
by other business process changes.

· Management of Philips strategic initiatives relating to SAP modifications
to improve Supply Chain workflow

· Drive business case analysis and project implementation for
process/project initiatives in the Supply Chain organization.

· Provide insight and direction to what is available within the business
application to improve current processes.

· Facilitate cross-functional teams in order to develop working solutions
and cost saving strategies.

· Solicit input from all process participants to identify changes, training,
and master data requirements.

· Proactive analysis of business process/functions to identify and sell
improvement opportunities.

· Participate in the design and delivery of change efforts resulting from
feedback from other functions, internal and external customers/vendors.

· Responsible for the process and control of master data as it relates to
Supply Chain.

· Develop requirements for technical changes, programming and performance,
etc. Work with IT areas to coordinate testing and introduction of changes
and corrections.

· Coordinate/manage/execute all configuration changes, testing changes and
training requirements for MM, PP, and SD-wms applications.

· Coordinate/manage/execute all requirements for training and coordinate
with training team.

· Responsible for the strategy, design and configuration of SAP
(MM,PP,SD-wms) related ABAP, SAP scripts, and interfaces.

Support new sales and marketing opportunities (cost saving, efficiency gains
and revenues) utilizing supply chain and integrating changes into SAP and
other related platforms.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

· Knowledge of eProcurement, and/or eFulfillment: understanding of supply
chain strategy and planning

· Demonstrated skills in analyzing, defining and implementing business
processes

· Cross-functional knowledge of SAP system capabilities and all Competency
Center functions
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
