Job description:
*Summary of the position:*
To provide level 1 support for the systems used by the Equity Finance
business line in NY
*Main responsibilities:*
- Give support on the different tools
- Testing, implementation and migration of systems
- Documentation of existing processing / system flows
- Propose new technical solutions
- Communication with users of the project (FO, MO, BO)
- Communication with other IT teams
*Main duties:*
- Support the Equity Finance product line systems
- Test all new releases of systems
- Developing specific tools or adapting tools developed by TPU for the US
Equity Finance business.
- Work with Internal contacts and coordinate IT related actions:
- Back-Office, Middle-Office, Front-Office in New York
- IT, Back-Office and Research teams in Paris
- Other teams within Capital Markets (Risk Management…)
- Help to manage and/or develop any kind of IT project for the US Equity
Finance business

*Secondary duties:*
In addition to the above :
Back-up to other NY IT Associates.
*Candidate's technical skills:*
- General IT Architecture: Windows, Unix, Citrix, FTP protocol.
- Proficient on Database queries (Microsoft T-SQL)
- Programming: Java, Unix batch files
- Bloomberg
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Equity Financing; *SmartLoan, Loanet, GlobalOne*

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

The required skills are:
1- Candidates must have* Kondor+ knowledge and experience *
2- Strong knowledge of* KSH, Unix (Solaris 10)*, and* Perl*
3- Must have functional expertise in the* Treasury area*.

*GENERAL CONTEXT:*
The client's business line jointly with FIM business line wants to develop
their on-shore booking platform with the intention to expand on-shore
business and to enhance their local control processes. A consequence of this
is the installation of Kondor+ as Front Office system. The Treasury IT team
needs to be shaped accordingly.
As a result we are seeking to hire an individual with strong functional and
technical expertise in the Treasury and Repo area. This individual will work
with the Treasury IT Team in order to ensure the support and maintenance of
the current environment.
This individual must have a strong knowledge of the UNIX and .Net
environments. An experience in either Kondor+ or Helix is recommended.
*REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*
· Very good knowledge of the Treasury and Repo activity (FO/MO/RISK)
· Strong knowledge of
· Scripting (KSH)
· SQL (Sybase 15)
· Unix (Solaris 10)
· .Net framework
· Perl
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Kondor+ or Helix is recommended
