*SAP* *Trainers @ SC*

At this time we can only hire Citizens, Green Card holders, TN and EAD
holders.
Candidates will provide technical and professional services related to the
design, development and delivery of training sessions for new business
processes. In addition candidates will contribute to the identification of
effective knowledge transfer processes and the provisioning of end-user
training as needed to support *SAP*. The *SAP* Team is implementing
*SAP*for business processes related to finance, budgeting, grants
management,
materials management, human resources and payroll. The Training Developer
and Instructor will have in-depth functional knowledge/experience with
*SAP*modules for public sector organizations. The Training Developer
and
Instructors will design, develop, and deliver training materials for
multiple *SAP* modules.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
* Serve as project *trainers* and assist as training facilitator
* Assist in analyzing end-user environments to facilitate relevancy in
training
* Assess, develop, deliver, evaluate, and report training needs,
incorporating client code and regulations
* Have working knowledge of RWD uPerform and experience with developing
on-line and instructor-led courses for public sector entities
* Able to design and develop courses to include student and instructor
materials, and exercise guides and quick reference guides
* Deliver training with limited functional team support and familiar with
developing and facilitating hands-on exercises for courses. Assist with
development of course exercises in training database
* Assist with training management (curriculum development, class scheduling,
student registration and testing, awarding of certificates and transcripts,
etc.) for the approximated 51,000 customers-learners targeted by the
*SAP*Project.
* Assist in analyzing end-user communications for issues resolution.
* Aid in the development of the training curriculum and courses

SKILLS REQUIRED:
* STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PUBLIC SECTOR FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT AND
HUMAN RESOURCE AND PAYROLL POLICIES, PROGRAMS AND PROCEDURES, *SAP* TRAINING
DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS DESIRED; EXCELLENT ORAL AND WIRTTEN COMMUNICATIONS
SKILLS; ABILITY TO PLAN, ORGANIZE, AND COORDINATE WORK ASSIGNMENTS. ABILITY
TO WORK WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES. ABILITY TO TRAIN ADULT LEARNERS AND ASSIST
OTHER *TRAINERS*. MATERIALS MANAGEMENT, FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES, OR PAYROLL
BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS A PLUS.
