Experience managing a technical organization with responsibility for a

successfully accomplish goals.

Demonstrated ability for setting overall strategy and customer relationship
building, community positioning, and working with other departments to
accomplish goals.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals,
independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of

Knowledge of Texas Medicaid Systems

Knowledge of the privacy and security as it relates to Texas Medicaid.

Strong foundation in analysis of business process

Strong foundation in ability to suggest alignment of privacy and security
business process with automation.

Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
