I need a Strong Sr. Developer that can both lead and be hands on with the skills below. Role: Sr. Developer Location: Minneapolis, MN. LOCAL TO MN ONLY. In-person interviews Rate: DOE Duration is 3+ months Do not send mid level candidates. Must have good comm skills. Must haves: DB: SQL Server 2005, TSQL, DTS or SSIS Prog: .NET Framework 3.5, C#, Javascript, AJAX This person would be used as both an individual contributor and a team lead. Additional details: . Duration would be 3+ months. . Sr Technical Resource - will be doing Production Support and Development/Project work . Strong / Clear Communicative Skills . Leadership / Mentoring Skills . Strong in the Technologies outlined in Bold above . They are a Microsoft shop . Strong Organizational Skills. - Good Interpersonal / Relational Skills . Able to Multi-Task .
