Genesys Build Engineer.
Location: Denver, CO {Must be local in CO}
Rate: $40 hr C2C
Date resource is required: 03/01/2010
Anticipated end date: 09/01/2010
Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree and 5+ years
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Genesys Build Engineer Description: Candidate will be responsible to install
Genesys binaries in both lab and production environments. Application
configuration and architecture planning is essential for optimal use of
system resources. Troubleshoot configuration and connectivity issues across
different networks and firewalls. Required Skill Set - Mid-level Unix
Administrator, Solaris preferred - Ability to install, configure and
troubleshoot Genesys Framework, Management and Media Layers; version 7+. -
Knowledge of secure file transfers, and SSL tunneling. - Working knowledge
of Oracle and SQL. - Able to create CCPulse+ templates. - Working knowledge
of AES, Symposium, Contact Server and Cisco CTI interface requirements. -
Call Routing: understanding of Network and Enterprise routing; data flow and
application communication. - Understanding of IP Telephony/CTI interaction
and networking. - Familiar with call routing strategy creation, loading and
debugging. - Working knowle!
dge of Firewall and Port requirements as it pertains to CTI data flows. -
Communication: ability to discuss and document Genesys application
functionality, network flow, and explain concepts to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
MUST HAVE hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining a Genesys CTI
environment. MUST HAVE UNIX (Solaris preferred).
