Experience Level: . Experience level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience. Position Description: Primary function is Build Engineer Must Have - . Excellent communication skills. Verbal and Written. Candidate must be able to communicate well and be understood in person and on the telephone. . Candidate will communicate directly with individuals and small groups. . Current, or recent, experience as a J2EE developer. (5 years) . Ability to successfully interact across multiple levels of an organization. . Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment. . Solid understanding of the "build & deploy" process and has some direct experience working as part of a build team. (2+ years) . Experience with source code revision tools (Subversion) (2 Years) and Build creation tools (Maven) (1 year) . Experience with Branching and Merging in a multi-project environment. . Experience working directly with multiple Developer teams and engaging with them to help control and monitor their activities. Preferred Skills - . Experience with Subversion; Multi-project; multi-branch environment. . Significant experience working with MAVEN. . Understanding of how to make MAVEN work in a dynamic, multi-project environment. . Must have experience with ANT. Helpful to have some experience with PYTHON (but not required) . Experience with the currently popular, open source, Java development tools. .
