At least 8 years of experience in diverse fields of Information Technology
specializing *SQL Database Administration in production environment.
*Over *6+ years of SQL Server Development and Database
Administration*experience with an emphasis on
*performance tuning* and high availability for SQL server.
Experience in *Administration & Support of MS SQL Server 2005 in Production,
QA & Development environments*.
Expertise in *MS SQL Server Installation, Configuration and Maintenance*.
Experience in supporting web based, mission critical applications including
Logical and Physical Database Design, Development, Performance Tuning and
Change Management
Expertise in analyzing & troubleshooting Disk/network/memory/CPU specific
performance issues on High volume OLTP servers .
Excellent *SQL Server 2005 hands on experience with SQL 2008 exposure;*
Expertise in *best practices on SQL server, with SQL scripting automation to
support 200+ SQL Servers*
Possess strong skills in Operating System Support and Administration, OS
Installation & Configuration and Troubleshooting.
Extensive knowledge of Migrating Databases residing on servers in one data
center to another and Upgrading Database platforms to newer versions.
