The resource must be able to plan, coordinate and execute DOT upgrades, firmware upgrades and understand Exchange and SQL running on NetApp. Several years experience working with NetApp is a must. Storage experience on other platforms is OK, but NetApp as the primary focus is a must. Experience with cliet relationship management Skill Set Requirements 1. Exchange and SQL running on Netapp(proficient) 2. SME 3. SnapManager 4. SnapVault 5. DataOnTap 6. Plan, coordinate and execute DOT upgrades and firmware upgrades The successful candidate must be able to work with the client and feel comfortable addressing management level needs. Client Relationship management is a key component of this position and candidate must show prior experience with this along with technical capabilities.
