· Work with various Project teams and determine performance testing
needs
· Analyze Performance Testing requirements & SLAs
· Create Performance Testing Plan for the project
· Create Performance Test scripts using HP Load Runner
· Execute performance tests
· Analysis of results
· Create & present Load test reports to Project owners &
stakeholders
· Work with Offshore team in delivering the work
· Determining & Understanding Performance requirements
· Performance Test Planning
· Tools Expertise
· Tech Savvy

Experience using HP Load Runner

Fluency in C based programming language

Candidates' previous experience with Load Testing must be a position
where they were dedicated to that role.
