Eight plus years experience in information technology, preferably utilizing Catalyst and related methodologies. Five, or more years of experience and general knowledge in systems analysis, design, development and documenting/testing; preferably with ETS business applications is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years experience in software requirements gathering and documentation. Experience in large software development projects, with an understanding of the full software development life cycle process required. Must demonstrate ability to write clear, unambiguous, and where appropriate, quantitatively verifiable software requirements, including use case documentation. Experience interacting with various stakeholders including other analysts, end-users, business unit representatives, document approvers, developers and testers. Knowledge of registration, customer service and/or web based applications desirable. Knowledge of processes and quality assurance is a plus.
