Job Description: Crystal Reports Developer - Crystal, SQL, PL/SQL, IIS, CCB Skills Required: Crystal Reports, SQL, Crystal Enterprise Server, PL/SQL, IIS If you are a Crystal Reports Developer with SQL and PL/SQL experience and Customer Care and Billing experience The responsibilities for this role include designing, implementing, and administering a customized Crystal Enterprise Portal. Successful candidates will be able to develop complex, accurate, flexible reports, integrating them into web-based applications using various web technologies. Knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Data Model. Required Skills: - Respond to requests for technical services when required by any employee which include understanding the needs of user departments, and providing economical and effective solutions using the best technology available that is compatible with the information systems. - Provide guidance to others in carrying out technical functions; design, develop, modify and test applications, systems, processes and procedures which may include working with the following: - Server OS: Windows 2000, Linux, Windows 2003, Windows Server 2008 - Web Servers: IIS 5/6/7, Apache, Tomcat - Database: Oracle 10g and 11i - Web technologies: ASP 3.0, CSP, HTML , VBScript, JavaScript - Reporting Tools: Crystal Reports 10 or later, Crystal Enterprise Professional 10 / 11, Business Objects 3.1 - Enterprise Software: Customer Care and Billing . Enterprise Business Suite Preferred Skills: - Strong knowledge of and experience working with: Desktop OS: Win2000 Professional, Windows XP; Server OS: Windows 2000 / Windows 2003/2008; IIS 5/6/7; MS SQL Server 8.0/2005, Access 2003 / 2000, XML, XSL, XSLT, HTML, ASP 3.0, ASP Mail, Java, JavaScript, VBScript, Crystal Reports 11, Crystal Enterprise Professional 10 /11, Customer care and billing system- Strong knowledge of administering and configuring Crystal Enterprise Server - Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe challenges and solutions in both technical and layman's terms - Strong Hands-on SQL experience, preferable PL/SQL and stored procedures/views - Extensive experience working in an application development environment would be considered an asset. - At least 2 full Business Objects/Crystal Reporting implementations including all phases (requirements, design, construction, and implementation) of systems development lifecycle - Experience with Customer Care and billing system a strong plus.
