*JOB DESCRIPTION*
*Main Function*
Development and support of the Integration Middleware Engineering Services
to the company. Specifically, engineering and maintaining of TIBCO iProcess
infrastructure. Thiis position requires ability to understand project
requirements and perform development, support and implementation duties on
behalf of the projects which are going to use shared services farm of TIBCO
iProcess and provide center of excellence. Additional responsibilities to
include technology/skills transfer to the development community and within
the larger team. This role also requires the ability to trouble-shoot BPM
and Application Integration technology related problems in development and
production environments as reported to the team and to determine and address
their root-cause.
*Main Duties*
Interpretation and understanding of functional specifications, good
understanding of iProcess engine components, SSO API, standard configuration
settings that may impact engine functionality and performance. Assist
designers in integrating TIBCO BusinessEvents, BusinessWorks and iProcess
into technical design. Writing technical design and build documents adhering
to company standards
Developing TIBCO iProcess/BW/BE application and services, Hands-on
Development with iProcess 11.1.x and TIBCO Business Studio 3.x.x,
Understanding of iProcess Modeler and BusinessWorks designer. Develop quick
proof-of-concepts for users to demonstrate the product.
Conducting reviews of TIBCO code and providing constructive feedback,
mentoring less experienced members of the team or those new to the
technology.
Assist in preparation of unit tests for testing iProcess shared farms,
providing support during QA and UAT test phases.
Training and knowledge transfer to support team, migrating iProcess
workflows from one environment to other.
Hands-on experience in building iProcess 11.1.x shared services farms.
*Primary technologies that require expert level proficiency: *
• TIBCO iProcess 10.5 and above
• TIBCO Business Works
• Java (J2EE)
• Shell scripting (Linux or UNIX)
• TIBCO Business Studio
• SQL
Technologies where proficiency is desired:
• XML/XSD/XSLT
• Web Services (SOA)
• Messaging Middleware (Tibco EMS/RV, IBM Websphere MQ, Solace,
etc.)
