SAP BI/BWConsultant
. Location: New York City, NY
. Duration: 3-6 Months Contract
Rate: 60/hr
Required Technical Skills:
* Hands on experience with SAP BI / BW project development (at least 2
full life cycle implementations using SAP BI 7.0. ) using SAP R/3 data
sources, non-SAP data sources, BI / BW business contents and extensions,
custom content, data modeling, flat file loading, strong back end
development and configuration, and data architecture design and development
skills and experience.
* Hands on experience with SAP BI/BW Business Explorer Analyzer, Query
Designer, Web Application Designer, and Report Designer 3.x - 7.0.
* Hands on experience with many data access options such as web
solutions, R/# drill through, DSO reporting, InfoSets, master data
reporting, 3rd party tools.
* Hands on experience configuring SAP BI Reporting Agent,
Report-Report Interface and Pre-calculation server are a plus. Hands on
experience with SAP BI/BW system administration and performance tuning are a
plus.
* BW data modeling, creating Business Warehouse Remote Cubes,
Multi-Cubes, ODS Objects, InfoCubes,
* Update Rules, Info Sources, Transfer Rules, Start Routines, and Info
Set Queries.
* Work experience should include developing and performance tuning
large BW standard and custom extract processes.
* Working knowledge of object oriented programming is required.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and
PowerPoint.
* ABAP, VBA, Visual Basic and JAVA programming proficiency are a plus.
* Experience with BI Broadcaster, Web and Enterprise Portal
* Crystal Reports / Business Objects development
Nice to have:
* SharePoint and SSRS
* SAP+ABAP Exposure
* Microsoft Blend
* SQL Server Integration services
* SQL Server Analysis Services
* Accounting background or exposure working on accounting systems
