Ability to participate on high performing teams capable of delivery in a fast paced changing environment. Analyst issues, requirements or functional specifications. Provide estimates for time of development and execution of Maintenance and Enhancement (M&E) activity and/or projects for new and legacy applications. Design and specify information systems solutions according to requirements or functional specifications. Create and update technical specification and design documents. Development of web and windows systems according to requirements or functional specifications. Perform unit testing and debugging. Support integrated and user acceptance testing. Provide production support. Bachelor's Degree completed or in process with business or technology focus. Minimum three years progressive application development experience demonstrating both programming and analysis expertise with a diverse variety of applications. Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Understanding of general business operations; demonstrated hands on experience with the following: Web application development using: .NET, ASP, VB, SQL, Java Script, VB Script; XML; DTS Packages; Technical Documentation. Working knowledge of the following: Basic Networking as it relates to application development.
