Our Client would prefer local candidates. If candidates have examples to provide of any activity diagrams, use cases, and/or system flows when submitted, it would be helpful. Work on a web application, ecommerce, and/or international experience is all preferred. Communication skills both written (requirements experience) and spoken (interaction daily on the phone and in person with stakeholders) are extremely important for this role as well. Qualifications: Work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluate the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients business requests and needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group. Evaluating and defining efficient business processes development and improvement. Ability to isolate and understand quickly business challenges and deliver recommendations. Highly proficient in interacting with clients to identify information needs and initiating process changes, gathering requirements and authoring Use Cases, Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Scenarios and Activity Diagrams Knowledgeable in requirements documentation for business and systems and documentation management. Identify and recommend innovative IT solutions for complex business problems. An understanding of multiple functional areas related to complex projects and systems. Work with clients and cross functional teams on critical initiatives impacting projects and ability to deliver. Provide overall project management skills for responsibilities. Partner with Usability team to develop detailed user experience requirements. Provide expert guidance and direction to business partners (internal and external), testing and systems team members. Extensively involved in generating Project Plans and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) across the deliverables of a project. Comprehensive knowledge of System Configuration Management, Change Request Management, Risk Management and Mitigation and Version Management processes. Ability to meet deadlines, spanning multiple business domains and projects. Capable of handling pressure coordinating multiple priorities and managing client expectations.
