I am in need of a Technical Analyst/.NET Developer for a client in *Owings Mills MD*. The client would prefer Citizens/GC/EAD that can go permanent, but would entertain H-1b if they had great communication skills. *All candidate MUST come for a face to face interview*….there will be no phone screens. 45/hr. Here’s what they need. Length: Long term contract with the potential of going perm (Citizen or Greencard, MAYBE H1B, clarifying that tomorrow) MUST HAVES: -Open to having a mid-level or senior-level person (skill set correlates to bill rate) -5-7 years experience in a technical analyst/development role -Past development experience on the mainframe and/or .Net (hands-on) -Experience working with Property and Casualty Insurance (at any point in their career) -Ability to take the entire project from start to finish: gathering technical requirements, writing scope of project, interfacing with developers, developing if need be -Great multi-tasking skills and communication skills -Experience meeting and interfacing with end users and customers. PLUSSES: -Testing ability DAY TO DAY: The candidate will be working with the Underwriting department within Zurich Insurance. They will be focusing on new product development within the Insurance realm, specifically with Property and Casualty.
