I have 3 immediate needs for the following: The ECM developer designs and develops software components meet TXCSES document management requirements. The ECM Developer may be involved on projects end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or only for a specific phase of the lifecycle. The ECM Developer has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used, internal and externally-based methodologies, standards, processes and tools, as well as applications/products supported by the entity he/she supports. Resources are expected to perform the following tasks: " Analyze, design, code, and test ECM modules and components " Work with Application Architects/Business Process Architects/Specialists and other System Specialists to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications. " Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components. " Design and code ECM components to functional and technical programming standards. " Provide support for installation of ECM components into production. " Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs. " Plan and execute required process steps as defined. " Create operational documentation for the ECM solution. " Coordinate work with other Systems Specialists on and across TXCSES2.0 subsystems. " Provide application/technical support as required. " Review and understand the Application work plan. " Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status. " Provide input to assist in determining level of effort. " Provide accurate and timely status including estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks. " Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills.
