*Title : Windows Systems Administrator.
Location : Fort Worth, TX.
Duration : 6+ Months Contract.*

Coordinates operational designs, develops support plans and provides second
level support for applications. Typical activities: ensuring compliance with
security policies, monitoring requests, adding/deleting users, loading
software, analyzing user requirements and statistics to identify trends and
resolve performance issues.

AIGGS is a worldwide provider of information technology services and
business solutions to a broad range of clients. The Systems Administrator is
responsible for performing level 3 technical administration and problem
resolution including detailed root cause analysis. This position is also
responsible for producing specific deliverables relating to operational
support and management. Responsibilities: • Applying advanced systems level
technical expertise to resolve highly complex systems level customer issues.
• Support and maintenance of a hosted services environment comprised of
Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, VMware, and Citrix
terminal services. • Support and maintenance of hardware comprised of
multiple server hardware platforms. • Day-to-day support and participation
in any related projects by providing technical insight and hands on support.
• Analyzes problem, develops and implements solutions, and makes decisions
that significantly improve system availability. • Resolves escalated complex
issues within established timeframes while providing quality customer
service. • Develop and implement written policies, standards, and guidelines
related to areas of responsibility. • Meet or exceed defined performance
metrics and service level agreements • Works closely with Engineering and
other technical business units to increase knowledge and resolve customer
issues. • Mentors others in providing validated technical information,
support process instructions and special support requirements. • Provide
on-call support on a rotating basis. • Provide support during non-business
hours when required. Requirements: • Expert level knowledge and support of
Active Directory • Expert level knowledge and support of Microsoft Windows
Operating Systems (Windows 2008, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, and Windows NT)
• Minimum 5 years with hands-on experience in the following
technologies/protocols: - Active Directory - System
