Ensure that all infrastructure is in place and that the environment connectivity is complete. Troubleshoot environment issues and provide operational support. Siebel Performance Architecture, and Administration Configuration. * Responsibilities include:* · Hands-on Siebel 8.x 8.0 8.1system support, design, technical architecture and implementations. · Responsible for troubleshooting and performance issues in Siebel Applications and implement corrective solutions across a Siebel solution stack comprising of web server/application server/database. · Siebel Remote, Multilingual Installation, Knowledge of workflow, Assignment manager, EIM loads · Siebel System Administration daily activities such as configuring application components, parameters, and configuration files; using the Siebel command-line server manager interface; logging and event notification, gathering diagnostic information using Siebel Application Response Measurement (SARM); supporting High Interactivity clients; and using Application Deployment Manager (ADM) to deploy application customizations. · Migration between environments (Repository & Non-Repository Items) User Setup with Local DB and SRF Deployment (development support). · Design enterprise class system monitoring (transaction, KPIs, individual components). · Act as a Siebel technology expert on the team and participate in architecture, design, development, and deployment activities for Siebel projects. * * * * *Regards* * * *Giriraj Sharma* * * *BeyondTek IT - "Think Human.
