RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Handle Helpdesk Phone and E-mail requests, Install software (Hands on
knowledge with Office 2010 & 2011, Windows 7 migrations, Outlook 2010,
SharePoint  2007 and 2010, Office Communicator and Hardware (Windows and
Apple).
