The consultant must have strong knowledge in the following technical areas: Java EE, EJB, JSP, Servlet, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, XML, knowledge of JSF preferred. (review list & punc) Java EE certified application servers such as WebLogic, GlassFish, JBoss. Oracle DBMS with strong PL/SQL experience. In addition, the consultant must possess: Previous experience working as a lead developer on a full life cycle project.Very strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and the ability to work effectively in teams. The ability to maintain positive working relationships with, and provide service to, individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to work with business analysts on specification development. The ability to multi-task between multiple projects. The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse user base having varied levels of technical proficiencies.
