*Deliverables:* * * End User support of the *Vendavo* Application Resolve any application issues raised by users. Provide application workaround or resolution for reported incidents. Indentify reoccurring issues, and escalate through appropriate channels. Accurate registration of solutions and workarounds in a case registration system. Pro-actively and accurately register geneneric solutions and workarounds in appropriate documentation. *Knowledge and Experience:* * * Minimum of 5 years experience with *Vendavo*, *supporting* the *DM*, *PM*, and *PA* modules. Minimum of 5 years *SAP* experience supporting the *SAP* *SD* module.
