Direct Client req : C#.Net 3.5 Web Application Developer - Chicago, IL - 3
months
Location: Onsite at downtown Chicago office - LOCALS ONLY - there is no
phone round, IN Person interview is MUST.
Duration: 2 - 3 months
Start : Immediate
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
. Develop new Web applications and manage through
packaged and customized applications.
. Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all
internal systems are integrated.
. Perform complete testing of Web applications unit and
system.
. Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report
results.
. Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid,
real-time information sharing.
. Develop external Web portals allowing users to input
and retrieve accurate information.
. Participate in dynamic priority setting sessions.
Required Skills:
. Self motivated, deadline and detail-oriented and
organized.
. Proficient in Internet related applications such as
E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
. Excellent communication (oral and written),
interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Education and/or Experience:
. Bachelors degree in computer science, MIS, or related
experience.
. Strong skills in
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
- C# .NET 3.5/4.0 C# development.
- API data retrieval in both JSON
and XML formats.
- HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of design software,
such as Adobe Photoshop, or design skills is a plus.
. Mathmatical skills
- Ability to calculate such
things as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and
other basic calculations
- Ability to solve practical
problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where
only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety
of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
