We are looking for someone with Ruby on Rails (RoR) skills. Needs to be
hands on developer.
More specialized RoR requirements:
. Ruby v 1.8.6 moving to Ruby 1.9
. Rails v 2.3.8 moving to Rails 3
Financial Services experience would be a plus
