Client has Powerbuilder 9 and is going to Powerbuilder 12. Upgrade of measurement apps from Powerbuilder 9 to Powerbuilder 12; so remove obselance issues. Technical Skills / Business Knowledge Needed (Top 5): Powerbuilder 9 and up .Net - 2003 and up. MSSQL 2000 and up.
