Principal Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the business client services team and the systems development/support team. Develop a strong understanding of Infomediary and client message processing to better respond to support issues. Coordinate issue resolution with the client services team and other systems teams. Contribute to the design and planning of improved tools and processes for the support team.
