Position / Req. ID : Senior System Business Analyst with Compliance /C06-2075/MA Primary Skills : Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, PL/SQL Store Procedure, Compliance ( Highly Desirable) Description : This role involves the active investigation of system issues related to the suite of applications and functions that are owned by our client's the Legal and Compliance Systems Team. The analyst is expected to resolve an issue within the SLA or be able to escalate the issue to the appropriate teams for resolution. Aside from issue related work, the analyst is also expected to fulfill requests or provide solutions that aid in the workflow of the business and their team members (such as creating a custom report and automating the running of said report). * Strong Systems analysis and support experience required. * Must have experience with Oracle, PL/SQL Stored Procedures. * Must have experience with Financial Services and or Legal and Compliance applications. * Experience supporting Sentinel is a big +. * Coding and executing SQL scripts. * Reading System and event Log Files. * Searching through application code to find source of issues. * Handling application and schedule failures. * Coordinating resources needed for issue resolution.
