Title: Siebel Specialist
Location: New York, NY (locals Needed)
Duration: 18 months +
Position: 2
Interview: Face 2 Face only

NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE
CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION
1. 3-5 Years experience supporting Siebel CRM and Oracle database
2. In depth experience with Siebel Configuration, EIM, workflows, Business
Services, Assignment Manager, and Siebel scripting
3. Experience with UNIX shell scripting and PL/SQL
4. Ability to support and create Siebel Actuate reports
4. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and
communicate effectively with IT Admin and DBA personnel.
NOTE: No travel is anticipated.
DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: (add additional sheets
if necessary):
1. Strong customer interaction, organizational and time management skills.
2. CTI experience
