Location - Bellevue, WA Rate - Open Position Summary Siebel (Oracle) Data Quality Architect Responsibilities include: Perform Fit Gap analysis of requirements against the applications standard functionality Advise team on methods of data quality processes Advise team on data quality impacts Configure, set up and document Oracle Customer Data Quality (BR.100 Application Setups) cleanse, standardize, merge and unmerge rules Design and setup customer data quality component for customer data conversions Design and setup customer data quality component for customer data integrations in-bound to Hub. Developing functional design documents (CV.040 Conversion Mapping, MD.050 Functional Design) Knowledge sharing with project team Communication of Data Quality project status Work with Oracle support on any issues requiring support from Oracle support and development Troubleshoot and triage issues discovered during testing Experience includes: Required Skills: 3 years Siebel UCM (Universal Customer Master) experience 1 full life cycle implementation of UCM (Universal Customer Master) with Oracle Customer Data Quality 2 years experience with Oracle Customer Data Quality and its predecessor, Informatica Identity Resolution in a Siebel Customer Hub environment Experience with logical rule sets and data quality in relation to legal/privacy data concerns Experience working with Oracle database and PL/SQL experience 3+ years of experience with systems integrations, implementations in a middleware environment 2-4 years of packaged software development experience Experience with Customer Data Governance Models and understanding single 360 degree view of customer information the across enterprise are desirable. Mandatory Skills - Experience in business analysis roles strong customer service skills and the ability to elicit complex business requirements Strong understating and experience of system and software development, technical application architecture design Experience working with Oracle Support and Development Experience leading discovery and discussion meetings that include customer representatives
