I have an urgent requirement as Project Manager/ Enterprise Content Manager.


It’s a senior PM role w/ experience w/ Enterprise Content Management.



It’s Jersey City for 6 months



**Prefer PM with financial experience. ***





College degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of combined business, project management, team leadership
and IT experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels –
management, colleagues, direct reports
• Ability to manage directly & indirectly resources, colleagues, service
providers, vendors.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and influence people
• Ability to be a part of a team and actively contribute at all levels.
• Must have experience of managing program finances, resource & vendor
allocations - managing a budget of greater than $1 million
• Experience in managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse
work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
• Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models, and working
with professional services firms / vendor management
• Must have strong Program & Project Management skills
• Must have strong systems analysis & design skills
• Must have strong experience in working in an Enterprise Content Management
framework.
• Must be well versed & in touch with latest industry trends in technology
• Funds Management experience a plus
• Project Management Certification a plus





As the Program Manager for the Enterprise Content Management program, you
will be primarily responsible for the program activities of establishing an
Enterprise Content Management capability within the company’s Funds.

Your 2011 focus will be how to utilize & embed Enterprise Content Management
tools for Collaboration, Content Management & Web Content Management in the
business. However you will also work hand in hand with infrastructure to
determine undefined tools for this emerging ECM platform as it is built out.

You will manage a team of technical resources, staff augmentation & vendors
to execute the agenda.

In subsequent years, other aspects of Enterprise Content Management will
come into play, content creation, digital asset management etc.

Enterprise Content Management is only one of three major programs associated
with an overall strategy and as such you will be expected to contribute to
the overall strategic discussion & implementation across the board.

Key job responsibilities include:
• End to end accountability & overall ownership of the program
• Oversight and management of all projects within the program, including
implementation and support of the deployed system.
• Conducting project/phase kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles
and project expectations and ensuring that all project team members have the
tools and training required to perform effectively.
• Working with extended technology teams and Business partners to define
