*Duration of Project: April 2011 to Aug-2011* *Projected Start Date: 4/4/2011* *Location: Basking Ridge, NJ* *Number of Consultants Needed: One* *Client: Celgene * Summary: The Consultant would help with the Abraxane Integration efforts to transition the GPO contracts in SAP to Oracle EBS. Working Knowledge of Oracle Trade Management ,Ability to use Database tools like Oracle SQL. Skills/Knowledge Required: The ideal candidate would have the following attributes: - Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Trade Management (Oracle EBS 11i or greater) with proficiency of the underlying Trade Management Tables. - Knowledge of related modules such as Inventory, Financials, Order Management, Purchasing, etc. - Have lead at least 2 significant projects that included the design & Deployment of Oracle Trade Management Work stream. Extensive knowledge of Chargeback Processing and Trade Offers with Market eligibility, Discounts etc. - Trade Management/ Chargeback Processing experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Life Science Industry (preferred). - Excellent communication and presentation skills The Main Tasks within the Trade Management area would include but not limited to: - An assessment of the drug contracts / Fee for service Contract in existence for the Client to determine if Trade Management could accommodate the processing of chargeback/ Claims related to the Trade Agreements / Buying Groups. - Analysis of the approach and process to set up Trade Management regarding multi-tiered / Volume based contracts. - Exploration of the possibility of calculating the physician rebates using Trade Management and effecting the Payout using Oracle Payables. - Define further functionality available in Trade Management, make recommendations, and design/configure further functionality. - This is an ongoing Oracle Initiative.
