Required Skills
5+ years of experience using C# as a language.
Expert knowledge in using Microsoft Visual Studio, C# and
MVVM frameworks.
Expert Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and SQL database
management tools.
Experience with ORM tools like NHibernate
Experience using Microsoft design and development platform,
especially Expression Blend, and XAML
Extensive experience with WCF.
Experience with Microsoft Expression Blend features and
components, especially States, Behaviors, Animation, Data Binding,
Templates, Styling, as they relate to designing and constructing Silverlight
Web applications
Should be able to mock data; bind the data to the controls.
5+ OOA/OOD, design patterns and UML experience
3+ yrs with Web Service development experience
Must be a self starter and be able to keep up with the pace
producing quality work on time within budget.
Must be able to track and complete assigned work tasks with
little supervision.
High quality written and verbal communication skills are
critical.
Knowledge and past experiences working in an Agile
environment, being part of a Sprint Team and understanding the framework
will be a plus.
Ability and willingness to provide after-hours, weekend and
holiday support as needed.
Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Visio).
