Senior level business analyst experience converting business requirements to design the documentation for medium to large scale business system implementations. Automotive Industry experience is a plus. Incentives compensation experience is a plus. Strong business writing skills. Ability to work independently with users to translate requirements into design specifications. Experience preparing detailed high level design and system requirement specifications documentation. Experience with knowledge transfer to large development teams. SDLC experience with large scale application development. Working knowledge of use cases and UML notation. Ability to create wireframes or screen mock-ups using tool like Pencil. QA background a plus. *Duties and Responsibilities-* Eliciting business application design requirements through user interviews, requirements workshops, business requirement documentation analysis, and task/workflow analysis. Conversion of business requirements to design documentation. Direct co-ordination with the development and QA teams to ensure accurate knowledge transfer. Obtaining closure and sign-off with the Client on all aspects of design. Managing Client change requests by keeping a keen eye on keen issues.
