May be involved in the development of BIOS, drivers or system software and tools such as ICE, soft-ICE, and kernel debugger.; CORRECT JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer – Collaboration Tools – Grade 11 Job Function: The Collaboration team within client’s IT Services Global Workgroup Services organization is responsible for enabling Client with effective tools that open all technical channels of communications delivered through an employee’s desktop or mobile device. This position will provide the technical leadership of web conferencing, softphone (VoIP), and presence (Instant Messaging) client tools. Specifically, the incumbent will first lead the analysis, definition and deployment of our next generation web conferencing tools based on Cisco WebEx. Second, the same technology deployment techniques will be used to deliver extended presence tools based on Cisco WebEx Connect or Microsoft Lync solutions.
