Acquisition Responsibilities:- * Preparing candidate for Interview process * Expertise in US Tax terms and Visa * Should have excellent communication skills * Minimum 2+ year of experience in Recruitment (US Staffing.) * Evaluate the client requirement and pre-screen the candidate against those requirements. * Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, headhunting with minimum Turn-around- Time * Negotiating compensation packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits.
