Location –  Denver, CO.
Duration –  3+ months

Job Description:

Supports the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team, primarily in
the function of detailed reporting and reporting tools to be used by the HR
Total Rewards Team, the HRIS Team and other business stakeholders in
supporting the need for HR legal and compliance reports, EEOC, Affirmative
Action, Employee Data Analysis and other ad hoc reporting needs.

Job Duties:
• Utilize demonstrated knowledge and application of HR metrics, statistical
methodology and analysis including experience in evaluating, designing and
conducting HR data and analysis for required and ad hoc reporting
requirements
• Use various reporting tools to run reports based on PeopleSoft HRMS data
information including SQR and other PeopleSoft reporting tools
• Work with HR operations to understand and document reporting requirements
and to create and modify reports per business request.
• Create documents and charts to communicate complex HR information in a
clear and concise user-friendly format.
• Partner with HR Operations to enter data, run queries and answer basic
questions around HRMS data
• Identify data integrity and accuracy issues .

Required Skills:
• Wide-ranging experience and advanced knowledge in the following areas: HR
metrics, data analysis, statistical methodology, reporting and HR systems.
• Advanced analytical experience and skills in Human Resources Management
and Compliance
• Strong technical skills with writing queries and developing reports;
advanced Excel, (macros, sampling, etc.), Access, and reporting
products/tools, (PeopleSoft, Crystal Reports, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and
processes as it relates to PeopleSoft.
• Strong PC skills with the Microsoft suite.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HRIS applications.
• Knowledge of HR processes and critical reporting data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with a commitment to
excellence.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner, is punctual at work and in meetings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
