As a Lead developer the individual is expected to contribute in design/development of the applications using customer’s framework and support their deployments. 2. Adhere to the best practices and be able to provide value adds to the customer and support in improving their process/practices. 3. Interact with other application designers/architects/project managers/user interface designers in order to deliver with desired quality and budget. 4.
