*Relevant Experience (Yrs) *
:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer with expertise in
Salesforce.com platform
*Necessary Skills *
:
- Experience in understanding Technical requirements, Design and Build
SFDC Solution having Integration and Data Migration
- Development Experience in Salesforce Technologies - Apex Code,
VisualForce, Apex Triggers, Apex DataLoader(Preferably a Salesforce
Certified Developer or Advanced Developer)
- Knowledge in Other technologies - HTML, Ruby on Rails, Adobe Flex,
Java, J2EE, .NET (Knowledge on any one or more would be added advantage)
- Database - Oracle, DB2, Sql Server (Any one or more)
- Middleware – Oracle ESB/TIBCO/Web Methods (Good to have)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

*Roles & Responsibilities*
:
- Work with business technical architect to gather and understand
requirements, design quality solutions, and create development
specifications
- Development and configuration of the Salesforce.com instance in highly
customized CRM system
- Provide on-going support of existing SFDC instance and integrated
applications
- Prepare Technical Design Specification documents and low-level design
documents
- Clearly communicate project expectations and solutions to team members
- Guide and mentor technical team as needed
*Generic Managerial Skills*
:
- Able to plan/track tasks/activities
- Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
- Be actively involved in periodic meetings and provide valuable inputs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Education *
:
Bachelors degree holder or Masters degree holder with relevant experience
