Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years core Java experience. - Minimum 5 years experience in web development technologies and frameworks ( JSP, JSF, servlets, Spring Framework, Struts, application servers) - Minimum 5 years experience working with relational databases and related technologies/frameworks (JDBC, ORM tools such as Hibernate, etc) - Minimum 3 years experience implementing web services technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST) - Experience in Scrum or other agile development methodologies. - Shows a thorough understanding of technology used and projects worked on. - Strong design capability. Thorough understanding of object-oriented design. - Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas. - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Desired Skills: Experience working with Ajax technologies (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, etc) Ability to interact with Content Management Systems Commercial Software implementation/customization/integration Understanding of JSR-168/286 Specification. ETL Experience Past success in building a variety of portlets, look and feel templates. Rich Internet Application experience.
