Requirement is as below. Job description: Following is the description of the Java opportunity we are looking to staff. The project is slated to run through the end of 2011 - with a possibility for extension. The client location is Long Island (NY Metro area) and the consultants must be available for a face-to-face interview with the client manager and her team. Our client is seeking a Senior Java Web Developer with a focus on the Front-end / Presentation Tier. The consultant will work with a team creating new administration screens and publishing tools for next generation technologies. In addition to hands on development & design, the client will be looking to this individual to make recommendations on appropriate technologies (ie jQuery, JSON, Tiles, Spring, etc.) and design approach. Minimum 10 years of overall development experience, with 5 years of web development in J2EE Presentation Tier . Should be proficient in the following technologies: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Spring, Web MVC, Ajax, Dojo, jQuery, JSF, Tiles, Struts . Ability to design screens layouts using best practices . Expert understanding of J2EE Presentation Tier design .
